These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Auto Dent Quality (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our automotive repair services and communications.
By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided
Auto Dent Quality offers professional automotive repair services, including:
- Auto Hail Damage Repair
- Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
- Door Ding Repair
- Auto Body & Paint
- Collision Repair
All services are performed based on vehicle condition, inspection, and customer approval.
Estimates and Repairs
Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.
Additional damage may be discovered during the repair process. If this occurs:
- Customers will be notified
- Approval will be required before additional work is performed
Final pricing may vary depending on repair complexity and parts required.
Insurance Claims
We may assist with insurance claims; however:
- Approval and coverage are subject to your insurance provider
- The customer is responsible for any deductible or non-covered costs
Payments
Payment terms include:
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- Deductibles must be paid by the customer
- We accept approved payment methods
Failure to pay may result in vehicle retention as permitted by law.
Vehicle Storage and Pickup
Customers must pick up their vehicle promptly after repair completion.
We reserve the right to charge storage fees for vehicles not picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and insurance information
- Remove personal belongings from the vehicle
- Approve repair work before services begin
Auto Dent Quality is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
Warranty Disclaimer
We strive to provide high-quality repairs.
- Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be provided in writing
- Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts and materials
Unless otherwise stated, services are provided “as is” within industry standards.
Limitation of Liability
Auto Dent Quality is not liable for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage
- Mechanical issues unrelated to repairs
- Delays due to parts availability or external factors
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
Communications and SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Auto Dent Quality related to your service or inquiry.
These communications may include:
- Appointment reminders
- Repair updates
- Service notifications
SMS consent and phone number will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications
After consent, you may receive messages such as:
- Repair status updates
- Appointment confirmations
- Vehicle pickup notifications
